Description
ADEPT version 10.1.8 is a complete distribution of ADEPT software. You do not need any previous 10.1.x software installed on your PC. The ADEPT 10.1.8 installer automatically makes a backup copy of any previous 10.1.x software that it finds. ADEPT version 10.1.8 can be installed on the same PC as previous releases of ADvantage Framework (for example, version 8.4.1.14) without interfering with the operation of those releases.

1 Minor Fixes / Enhancements
This maintenance update includes ~100 minor enhancements and fixes:
- Linux Client installation folder changed from /usr/local to /opt.
- Improved control for Event Log messages and messages from server now time-stamped with elapsed time for better diagnostics.
- Improved print control for ADEPT-GD, including customized header/footers, PDF, Postscript, and Image file formats.
- Changes to default selections in Installer and removal of rtX update. ADEPT-DE should now be used for server version updates.
- ADEPT Panel improvements for Popup Keyboard Touchscreen support, several Strip-Chart Component enhancements, and increased performance.
- Improved string handling for ADEPT-VI Get() and Put() Python functions.
- Numerous other Server and Client side minor fixes and enhancements.
